Shipping & Delivery

All goods ordered are packaged discreetly prior to sending. Toys will be shipped in padded packaging to ensure safe delivery of goods. 

All orders are posted via Royal Mail First Class delivery. We endeavour to have all orders delivered within 7-14 days however we do allow for up to 28 days delivery dependent on your delivery location. Should you wish to follow up your order status please contact our customer care team.

Returns & Replacements

Orders may be returned within 7 days of the receipt of goods for a refund or exchange should the items be faulty or not as described. Clothing items may also be returned for exchange if all original tags have not been removed. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. Refunds or exchanges will be completed in 7-14 days of receipt of the returned items to allow for inspection and processing.

Ordering

Miss Frisky allows for online ordering to customers who are both casual visitors to the website and registered members. In order to purchase from Miss Frisky you must be 18 years of age or older and be the possessor of a valid credit card. If you encounter any problems whilst completing your order on the Miss Frisky website please contact our customer care team with your contact details and name of the products you wish to purchase and we will happily assist you in completing the order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment can be completed on Miss Frisky by utilising one of two secure online payment systems. Miss Frisky processes card payments via our payment partner Nochex. Nochex adheres to the internationally recognised card industry security standards for card security as set out in PCI DSS. Nochex is Level 1 compliant (the highest level attainable). Please note card transactions will appear on your statement as "Nochex".
Customers can also complete payment via Google Checkout.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.

Viewing Orders

After the completion of your order on Miss Frisky an email will be sent to you detailing all of the items and respective prices of the products chosen. This email will include your order ID to be quoted when contacting Miss Frisky Customer Support.
